In project work, it is particularly important for Philipp Schmelzer to find innovative and, above all, liveable solution ideas for the complex problems in today's healthcare system together with all those involved and to anchor these sustainably in the corporate culture. The ultimate goal is always to continuously improve the situation for patients and staff. Using the principles of Design Thinking and the Lean Healthcare philosophy, a platform is created that enables rapid prototyping and testing of solutions in order to develop needs-based solutions that bring real benefits to all stakeholders.
