Nadia Koch

From the very beginning of her career choice, Nadia Koch made a conscious decision to work in the healthcare sector. After almost ten years in the industry, this decision remains unchanged. Her work experience in different areas has exposed her to different working methods, corporate cultures and approaches. Nadia realised early on that the needs of the employees and the resulting working methods were of paramount importance. For this reason, she is convinced that an approach where solutions are developed and experienced together is beneficial for all involved. The transparent approach makes the different and certainly justified priorities visible and allows them to be integrated into employee- and patient-oriented solutions. As a student of health economics and health policy, Nadia is also able to benefit from the latest research and apply this knowledge directly in the workplace.
