Johnny sees the hospital as an interconnected system. He has an eye for how this system functions and behaves according to mathematical and physical laws. For more than 15 years he has been involved in operations management in healthcare institutions and health care (patient) logistics. Although he has been working in Switzerland for more than 20 years, he is constantly looking at international developments in healthcare and often comes up with creative and new solutions for Switzerland.
